16 - Pre-Con: Word Work Wonderings…

Log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Are you wondering about word work? What to do and how to plan for it? Find evidence in your running records and lesson records to make informed instructional decisions regarding word work across the lesson and in isolation. Then use these same records to monitor the impact of your intentional teaching. Video tapes and records provide participants the opportunity to practice making these critical teaching decisions. Examples are used across children’s program and text levels as well as with children experiencing difficulties with searching for and using visual information in print. Session is appropriate for all Reading Recovery levels.

*Separate Registration Required for Pre-Conference Workshop
