Debra Zarling is the PK-5 Literacy Coordinator for the Oshkosh Area School District in Wisconsin and site coordinator for the Valley Area Reading Recovery Consortium. In addition to her role as a district Reading Specialist, she has also been a classroom teacher, Title I Teacher, Reading Recovery Teacher, and school level Reading Specialist as well as an ad hoc instructor for the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. She holds a Master Educator License as a Reading Specialist and is Past President of the Wisconsin State Reading Association and former RRCNA Board Member.
